I wasn’t aware of any so I hunted around: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=crossword+generator&btnG=Google+Search&num=100 Lots to choose from.
This looks pretty promising although I haven’t tried it yet: http://www.design-your-homeschool.com/crossword-puzzle-generator.html (There’s also a "word search generator".)
