I’ve always wanted to make up my own crossword puzzles. I know that there are websites where you can make them online, by they are not the same. How do people make those symmetrical square shaped puzzles without using a computer?

Hi, I know there are so many basic answers used on crossword puzzles again and again. Does anyone know of a list on the web or some of their own contributions that show up time and time again?

I want to make a practical pastor’s wife kit. A lot of times our pastor’s wife is called to the hospital at 2:00 in the morning. Wither it is for prayer with family or a patient or to help with funeral arrangements. So I would like to provide her with a practical survival kit. I’m looking for crossword puzzles that are specifically designed to increase vocabulary. Obviously crosswords do that in general, but I’m looking for ones that are more specific to vocabulary words.

Here’s what I’m trying to avoid:

Crosswords are by nature a solitary activity. Do you have any special tricks or tools you use to solve them? For example, I helped create a New York Times crossword puzzle feature that incorporates search tools to conquer crossword puzzles (http://games.yahoo.com/search/nyt ). How do you approach solving a crossword puzzle?

I find it discouraging to get only 2 correct answers out of the entire puzzle. Where can I find crossword puzzles for adult beginners.

Every Week for religion class we have to do a bible verse crossword puzzle. I have all of them except for one. The question is
